Presentation
The National Organization for Technical Control of Hydraulic Construction (CTH) is a subsidiary of the GERHYD Group, under the supervision of the Ministry of Water Resources. Created in 1986 by decree n° 86-211 of August 19, 1986, CTH was converted into a Public Company (SPA) in 1989.
CTH is the reference organization in Algeria for technical control of hydraulic structures. It provides assistance, monitoring, and control for more than 1,000 projects across the country.
